Candace Owens On Dave Chappelle Bit: ‘I Have A Sense Of Humor!’
Responding to a joke made by Dave Chappelle in his recent special that focused on her, Candace Owens said that unlike leftists, she has a sense of humor.
Owens: āI Think Comedians SHOULD Make Fun Of Peopleā
In Dave Chappelleās latest comedy special, ā8:46,ā a reference to the amount of time George Floyd had a knee on his neck before he died, the comedian included a bit about Candace Owens and her reaction to the incident.
āI seen Candace Owens try to convince white America, āDonāt worry about it. Heās a criminal anyway,’ā Chappelle said. āI donāt give a f**k what this n**** did. I donāt care what this n**** did. I donāt care if he personally kicked Candace Owens in her stanky p****. I donāt know if it stanks, but I imagine it does. If I ever find out, Iāll let you know for sure. Iāll tell like Azealia Banks. Iāll tell.ā
Instead of crying about the insult from the comedian like most leftists would likely do, Candace Owens instead noted that she had a sense of humour.
āI think comedians SHOULD make fun of people,ā she tweeted. āDave Chappelle is one of the greatest comedians of all time and I made it into one of his specials. Thatās POWER!ā
To every Democrat tweeting me the clip of #DaveChappelle insulting me:
Iām not a leftist. I have a sense of humor & I think comedians SHOULD make fun of people.
Dave Chappelle is one of the greatest comedians of all time and I made it into one of his specials.
Thatās POWER!

Owens added that the country has āarrived too suddenly into a culture where people canāt laugh at themselves, or want to restrain comedians,ā adding that she will ānever be a part of that culture.ā Owens concluded by calling Chappelle a ālegend,ā and by challenging him to āsay any of that to my face! All love!ā
Weāve arrived too suddenly into a culture where people canāt laugh at themselves, or want to restrain comedians.
I will never be a part of that culture. @DaveChappelle āyou are legend and Iād love to meet you and challenge you to say any of that to my face! š
All love!

We Canāt Be Too Offended By Comedy
Owens wasnāt the only conservative that Chappelle targeted in her special. At one point, the comedian deviated to defending Lebron James from some criticism that he once faced from Fox News host Laura Ingraham.
āLebron James once said something about racism and Laura Ingraham ā which I will say publicly anywhere, anytime, is a c***; tell them I said it ā told one of Ohioās greatest residents ever, āshut up and dribble,’ā Chappelle said.
Personally, Chappelle is one of my favorite āliberalā comedians ā heās gone after anyone and everyone, regardless of politics, and has never kow-towed to the leftist outrage politics. While some of what he said was distasteful, Owens is right! We shouldnāt be too offended from jokes made by comedians ā I think Owens showed everyone else how to respond to one of these digs.
