MSNBC’s Donny Deutsch Claims Trump Will Be Indicted Before 2024
MSNBC Host Donny Deutsch appeared on the networkâs âMorning Joeâ program on Friday and predicted that former president Donald Trump would be indicted before he could run for president in 2024.
During his appearance with Host Mika Brzezinski, Deutsch declared Trump as a âlosing propositionâ for the GOP, who will be âunelectableâ by the next presidential election cycle, and hurled the standard insults at Trump supporters.
âDonald Trump is a losing proposition. Those images that we were playing of people storming the Capitol, thatâs all you have to say about Donald Trump. So what is so insane about the Republicans, and by the way, he will be indicted between now and the next election, he is unelectable. Donald Trump is unelectable.â
âYou are fools. Forget right or wrong, you are losers with Donald Trump, get that in your thick dumb skulls.âÂ
The segment began with pollster Frank Luntz, who claimed that Trump could cost the GOP the 2022 elections because of his comments about stolen elections. Deutsch agreed before launching into his colorful speech.
And a small reminder that dire predictions of imprisonment for Donald Trump are nothing new for Deutsch. He was predicting the same thing back in February.Â

Donny Deutsch isnât alone in his thinking.
Back in March, former Nixon White House Counsel during the Watergate scandal John Dean also predicted that it was only a mater of days before Trump would be facing charges.Â
Donny Deutsch and the rest of the gang at MSNBC may be anticipating some sort of indictment for something.
But actual polling data and just talking to Republicans about where they think the party should be heading is different than the Luntz-Deutsch view.
Eight days after leaving office, Donald Trump was up in the polls. A Rasmussen poll from Jan. 27, said that 56% of Republican voters thought Trump should run again in 2024, or at the very least, have some political influence.Â
At the time, there was also talk of a third party. Fifty-three percent said they thought it was a good idea.Â
A few things had changed by February, and for the better if you are Donald Trump.
A Hill/HarrisX Poll showed that if Trump were to form a new Party, 64% of Republican voters said they would be âlikelyâ to join a Trump-led party, half of those said they would be âvery likely.â

With Or Without Trump?
On an appearance with Fox News Channelâs Sean Hannity, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) bluntly stated that he believes that the Republican Party cannot âmove forwardâ without the influence of Donald Trump.
During a discussion of the possible removal of Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) from her position as GOP Conference Chair, Graham said what many GOP lawmakers might be thinking: âIâve always liked Liz Cheney, but sheâs made a determination that the Republican Party canât grow with President Trump. Iâve determined we canât grow without him.â
Graham continued, saying that the Republican Party has made inroads with minorities because of Trump-era âeconomic populismâ and âAmerica Firstâ agenda items. He added, âIf you donât get that, youâre making the biggest mistake in the history of the Republican Party.â

Trump Derangement Syndrome Is Alive And Well
The one thing that Mika Brzezinski and Donny Deutsch have proven to be true, even after Joe Biden has hit the 100 day mark in his presidency, Trump derangement syndrome is still a fact in the media and among Democrats.
Headlines like, âElizabeth Warren Claims Trump âIs Truly A Danger To Our Democracyâ As She Celebrates Facebook Banâ, âMeghan McCain Calls Trump âCheeto Jesusâ And Defends Liz Cheneyâ, and ironically enough âMSNBCâs Johnson Whines He Would Be âTerrifiedâ Of The Violence Trump Would Incite If He Was Still In Office.âÂ
Katie Couric once referred to Trump supporters as a âcultâ and suggested that deprogramming was in order for them.
Donny Deutsch just let Trump supporters know what the media continues to think of them.Â
Donald Trump continues to live rent-free in the minds of the media and Democrats â and heâs not going anywhere.
