    For Example. We found an Item for 1 dolar and selling it for 4 dolars. IS Alı Express refunding the 1 or 4 ? sorry for the silly question

    Since Aliexpress only gives you 15 days to dispute the item, should our return policies only be 15 days? Also, does the 15 day countdown begin once the packaged has been delivered to the customers house or when it is shipped from the warehouse?

    thankyou for this video…i am not using orberlo…in reference to open dispute on aliexpress account @5:50 your "open orders" do you submit daily all your customers orders in bulk file or does the customers order goes directly to supplier at checkout… i am using an aliexpress chrome extension to import products to my site…thankyou

    This is a great idea for a return policy but won't a lot of customers take advantage of this and try to rip you off which will cut into profits? I hear about this happening. How do you work around that?

    I am reading a lot of comments here and its a bit unclear, on how does the delivery process works? Does the the Deliver Man ask the client for a signature upon delivery? I know in Amazon, or even Walmart delivery signature from client is not always required and I've seen packages on the streets for days, which is a bit strange as anyone can steal the product….. Just think about this case, a customer orders 100 pairs of X-items and then says that he never got it, however the tracker shows that he actually got it. I wonder how would you go about that? How would you kindly give a customer option to keep his 100 items and refund him :D….. gives me chills

    What if you sold a t-shirt and the size is too small? What happens then? Give the t-shirt for free and send them a new one on top of that? Please clarify.

    Hey I wanted to ask, when you write how much money you paid for the product do you include shipping? Or just the price of the product no shipping include?

    What if the customer wants the refund simply because he/she doesn't liked the product? Like, everything is good, the product is in working condition but still they want a refund.

    I was going to start e comm business then covid hit maybe not the right time but can someone please tell me this
    I'm assuming I should have a lot of money behind me cuz how is the customer going to get paid back for the refund isnut easier if I refund them personally or how does that part work ? Since I don't have a chip machine how will they get refunded? U se my own money to give the customer their refund? then wait for the seller / manufacturer to send me my refund since I already gave it to the customer example, they don't have to wait long?
    And also there's another way to go i saw on YouTube since products coming from China will take 30 to 40 days especially now! And what if people are afraid to buy knowing their stuff is coming from China and also all these people make it look so easy but I'm sure its not i really wonder if its possible to make millions in 3 years but then the iRS will take, their cut hut someone said with drop shipping you Don't pay taxes byt with so much in the bank you'll have to to the IRS! So someone tell me or is it easier to buy products and have the manufacturer send to your home plus if the customer has to mail it back to China well the Chinese usually don't trust America 🤣🤣 so they most likely won't give the refund to the customer until the product is literally in their hands and taking over 30 days to return it the customer will be mad wont they

    Directly then u mail it to the customer using PO box? That way it'll take much shorter time and if i have enough money
    I can somehow refund or exchange only can doing it this way work too? Then try to get the money refunded back to me later by the manufacturer Thanks

    Customer is so happy I gave them a full refund, so they went back to my store! Bought more stuff, then said they dont like it again ahahaha

    A bit confused, if we repay him from my pocket that will be a big loss for me rt. Then you guys didnt want to bother about returns. For your returned products, we pay. Thats a cool idea 😅
