I have been looking thru some of your older videos bcse I honestly am so surprised that you do not have more subscribers? I don't mean to hurt your feelings in any way cuz I honestly don't get it. But you have most certainly followed your own advice & have been consistent w.your content & how often you upload. My feeling is that you will pick up a lot more subs this year – don't get me wrong to even hit 50k is incredible! & your quickly on your way to 70k! You work extremely hard & having 6 kids now w/a brand new baby!? – I don't know how you do it! You are very inspiring & motivating! So thank you for all of your hard work ♥

• Also, your classy thumnail is what drew me in and I knew your channel was going to be good. If I see too much emojis and drama in the title I just skip those youtubers lol. I am a mom who loves and lices for her family. I cook, clean, and overall look for mom motivational videos. To others that may be boring but that what I love and I believe there are a lot of us out there.

• You know what, also being sincere is a big one. I do not make youtube videos BUT my favorite youtubers (including you) I FOLLOW BECAUSE I feel the sincerity. You feel warth through the videos, advice, and also the content they have. I personally hate youtubers that try to show how they have it all together, and give advice to just show off. But then there are others that share experiences and hacks with a good intention to help. Just like you said your intention was to have people not feel alone and interect with new people. • Thank you I have been struggling with my channel I also learned not to ask people certain question I started my channel because I love creating things and I love socializing I have asked advice for thumbnails titled tags and I been frustrated then on top of that my daughters has stage 4 breast cancer and my husband had a stroke shortly after I started I love doing diys and clean with me I want to have 2 channels thank you for your advice you are truely an inspiration to many and thank you I will have my cleaning videos one one channel also I'm using my phone because I cant afford a camera at this time so can you tell me how can I do a thumbnail from my android phone until I can get my camera

• The comparison game is real, it needs to be boycotted off our minds, if possible. It’s so toxic, and once you start it, it’s like a never ending loop hole . Something that stood out to me big in this video, was I haven’t been treating my channel like a full time job. When I kept hearing you say that, I was thinking “I post 2X a week, but random 2 days, not the same days every week” and I need to get better at that. I’m also trying to slowly find my niche because i feel it but I don’t know how to express it through the camera that’s what I’m reaaaally struggling with

• I am SO glad I watched this video. I have been so discouraged with myself because my channel isn’t growing the way I want it 😭 and I’m glad I watched this because, a lot of times I ask myself why, but like you said I have to remember why I started & not why it’s not working right now.

• I don't know if you read comments or not..I really need answer for this bad thing happening to me. When I was at 90 subs..My video went viral among Motorcycle people as it was a Animation of Bikes in game..I am Gamer and I continued making Gaming videos but when the video went viral my channel went from 90 subs to 2k in a Night..was really Happy but didn't expected such hard time in return
  Problem : So now when I upload video on Youtube…My subs are Biker as I said so that gotta do nothing with Games and they just don't watch it ofcourse. Resulting in damage of CTR and thus my videos didn't get promoted..I have content which a Decent well grown channel will have and I get 200-300 views on my videos. Please reply and tell me what should I do now..New channel? It will be hurting still if you suggest..New channel or continue on this?

• By far this is the best “how to grow your YouTube channel” video ever!!! I just learned how to create thumbnails today and want to save up to be able to buy one of the Canons. But I have watched so many of these type videos and no one has discussed collab etiquette!! So thank you so much because that’s something I’ve been wanting to do. I still have a lot more learning and I want to be more consistent with social media before I start a channel but my goal is definitely by the end of the year to start! Again thank you so much 😍😍😍

• Best take away is to niche down. We’ve floundered a bit because we have sooo many ideas. We definitely see a difference when we stick to the cleaning. Good news is we love to clean so there will be no problem sustaining that for the long haul. Love, love, love your advice. Thank you for being so transparent and sharing.
