My work (and chores) can never be finished! Why not just take that long-due break. So here I’m taking a break from work and from business to avoid burnout.
Allowing yourself to reset and recharge as an entrepreneur should be the top priority because this will help reduce stress levels, improve mental health, boost productivity, and improve clarity and creativity.
This video is dedicated to mothers because we have to juggle work and family. As we are often working from home due to the pandemic, I realized I get tired easily, am unmotivated, and feeling more stressed than usual. We need to self-care frequently so that we can continue our duties well and have good mental health.
The method I used to take a break (which is super effective) is to go on a staycation. I went to 2 staycations during the break, one to Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and another one to the iconic Marina Bay Sands Singapore. I hope my staycation vlog can help you plan one yourself and reward yourself for the well-deserved break.
