The reason this works is because dividend paying companies declare and pay their dividends on extremely consistent schedules every three months. Investors love that consistency and the Board of Directors tries to pay out around the same week and even the same day every 90 days. That means with a little bit of strategy, you can pick the top dividend stocks that will time your payments for every day of the week.
Researching the 366 stocks in the S&P 500 that pay dividends, I noted when each one declared and paid a dividend. I then listed them all out and picked the highest-yielding for daily cash flow.

I have a strategy that I've been putting together.. I'm sure I didn't intend it, but I call it the positive feedback loop. I put my money into higher growth stocks, and as they mature i start hunting out dividends to kinda protect the profits. Then put the dividends into higher growth stocks, repeat… any other people doing this. Am I flawed??? Hmm.

Question!!! Ex-Dividend date, i get I have to buy before that date to get a dividend payout. I get that if I buy after I don’t. If I keep the stock I will receive a dividend for the next next ex-dividend date right?
