• After 10 years of going back and forth about starting my own YouTube channel, I finally took the leap last month. So far I have 825 subscribers and 388 hours watch time.
  I realise I need to stay patient and persistent to yield the necessary results . I am ready to give this game a go and see how far I can take it 🙂

• 3 year old video. Only 15k views… At almost half a million subs Pft; Peasant. How come your videos only get x amount of views – per your subscriber ratio??!? • I usually just keep my videos short and simple. Because you have to realize people get bored soo easily! Not everyone is willing to sit down and listen to a boring show for more than 5 minutes if there are better shows available. My fitness videos are short, meaning people can take time to view them.

Everyone’s journey and everyone’s life is different! Don’t compare your channel to someone else’s because like you said, it won’t be the same even if you do the same content.   I did not know about the levels of access to YouTube spaces once you hit the 10,000 and 100,000 subscriber milestone. Although, if I invest more of my time in attracting and encouraging visitors to watch more videos, my subscribership will grow gradually.

  my YouTube Channel kept on increasing daily views over the last few weeks, but the number of new subscribers in the last week plummeted by almost 50% compared to the last few weeks. Do you have any clue why that might happen? Thanks!

• If you are doing YouTube for the money, you are not ever going to make it.
  You have to do it because you absolutely love what you do. I love making videos an uploading them every single day. I do it because I love it. I have been doing it now for 10 months and still think about it 24/7. Whatever you choose to do, do it because you love doing it!
