At least 1 dead after historic flooding in St. Louis

Record rainfall caused deadly flash flooding in the St. Louis area. At least one person was killed. First responders helped more than 100 residents flee their drenched homes and trapped vehicles. KMOV’s Caroline Hecker reports.
