This video could have been half the length if people wouldn’t have talked for so long and gotten to the point. Cooler Insert people for example.

Just some constructive criticism for future videos. Otherwise the products mentioned were definitely great.

July 2020. So appreciate your videos. You cover every question I’ve had and confirmed that this trailer is the one I need to start with. Thank you so much.

Love the tire step until I forget about it and drive away and I would do this at some point.

The collaboration video was a really awesome idea! I have a question about the cooler insert – we’re just heading out on our first travel trailer trip…do I need an actual cooler? (I sort of thought that’s what the fridge was for – but I guess that’s not a lot of room for beverages).

Reading the script off camera is distracting… to hide the fact you are looking next to the camera better, move the camera farther away from you, and zoom in… the angle will be smaller and it will be less noticeable that you aren't looking at the camera.

As usual, another great video. I have a question not related to any of these products. I'm looking for a tow vehicle that's larger than the Toyota Highlander I have. It's fine for Wisconsin even though I think the tongue weight on the 2019 400 is too heavy for it really. Anyway, thinking about the Tacoma (big Toyota fan here) but a couple of people on the Tab FB page said they either found it struggled towing the 400 in the mountains, or there was lots of sag and they bought upgrade shocks. Anyway, it seems like the Tacoma should be plenty powerful enough with a 6,800 capacity and 680lb tongue weight – but was wondering what your experience is like. Thank you!

We bought the Cooler Insert at a camping show two years ago this winter. We absolutely love the product. We have used it over 100 nights camping. We have had ice remaining in our insert after 7-9 days using it with a Ozark Trail copy of a Yeti. To be able to have dry contents of the cooler is a huge plus along with reducing the need to buy ice.

Thumbs up, great video and great tips from fellow RVers. Before upgrading to our 400 BDL, we had a 320 CS-S and quickly realized the fridge was no way large enough. We purchased a 50qt ARB AC/DC fridge/freezer unit. It rides in the rear of our tow vehicle plugged into a rear cargo DC port. When parked, we run the ARB off AC power from the trailer. Great concept unless you're boon docking. So, I reached out to Barry, who owns Powerenz.com. Barry had helped me with a solar system when we lived in Nepal and I thought if anyone had an idea how we could run the ARB off solar he would. Not surprising, Barry offered three suggestions but as a disclaimer, our requirements were lithium battery, light weight (so my wife could lift it) and as small as possible, so I knew it might be expensive. The system we picked was the LiPo48-50W with an attached solar panel. In addition, Barry threw in an 88w solar panel that can be hooked to the unit as well to increase charging time. Once I had the system, of course we needed to do a test. The ARB was off and the interior at room temperature (about 80% as we're in the deep South). We connected the LiPo48-50w and I noticed an initial heavy drain; meaning it went from 100% charge to 90% in a matter of minutes. However, once the ARB reached temperature, the drain dramatically decreased. I ran this setup for 24-hrs and the ARB contents either stayed frozen on the freezer side or cold on the fridge side and we still had about 20% power left in the LiPo48-50W. I want to do a series of tests to see how quick the solar panels will charge the unit, but this system worked great for us on our 3xmonth overland. We kept the unit when we upgraded to the 400 and it continues to be a welcome addition to our RV travels.

Great video friends. Am sad to keep hearing “Amazon”. So many local retail stores across America are closing. Amazon. Local stores have local families. They support our schools. Our communities. Bezos is a multi-billionaire. He does nothing to support our community. He isn’t a patreon. How about ten things RVers use that they bought at a mom and pop?

This was a great idea! Just in time for Christmas 😉. For Todd's birthday, I ended up getting him the opolar fan that you guys like so much and he's excited to use it. I may have to buy another to sit at his desk 😁

I like the seat warmer idea so much I've ordered one for my car.

I've seen others using the Water Bandit at rest areas more times than I can count, RV'ers & just people filling a water container of some sort.
All of the ideas are "right on" except for the "pet idea"; I'm not a pet person when traveling.
The collaboration with others is what makes this video so special.

Oh Love these ideas, but that heated seat is an awesome idea! I have heated seats in my car, but sis does not. We use them for sore back muscles. This gives me a great idea for her for Christmas, thank you so much for sharing!

Wowser!! Love this Video, Patrick! Really like the Cooler Insert for sure (no more 'ice hands and painful searching:) The Tool Kit is so compact and organized, the Water Bandit (reminded me that we need one for just those moments:) but I gotta tell ya – my most favorite was your Heated Seat (we lost that ability when we traded the Envoy for the GMC Sierra)…Chris saw that and said, "Oh, you have to have one of THOSE, don't cha?" 😂
Great collab, appreciate everyone's ideas! Way to get in the holiday spirit! Safe and happy travels as we all see you #ondowntheroad ~ 💜👍
