why not make the seating more comfortable for long drives for passengers ?
Winnebago just released the ekko and stated all this hoopla for something that reminds me of this.
the turbo 6 doesn't cut it for me
45k would be a fair price. But 120k u are out of yr dam mind!!!!!
Keep it!!!!
In all honesty, this is a nice vehicle…just seeing this now…2 years later…so, $105k new, how much for a 2 year old?
hmm well, for the video title I would have thought we would have seen more of the campervan but we hardly saw it 🙁
IF was I would have the bed fix down so you can put your stuff under and so on but that's just me
I hear the transit diesel is constant trouble. 40,000 miles is the tell. If yours has 40k its time to worry lol
This guy needs to stick to selling Vodka.
Are you Russian…?
$105,000 for this crap!!!
$105K? I think not.
This man knows his stuff
I love how this guy keeps saying there are hard wood floors in the conversion vans. Obviously he doesn't know what he’s talking about. It's not real wood. CRIPES!!!!! Plus his personality isn't the greatest. Way it go FORD.
105000 is way too much for that. I can get a pick up truck and truck camper brand new for 60-70000 with 4×4, which the transit doesn't offer.
all it needs is a laundry machine and im set.
If your towing you go to a Diesel Caterpillar 500 hp Bus with a 12000 lb towing capacity and engine braking
This Ford assclown is more full of it than the piece of shit 100k 'van' he is trying to sell. 19mpg my freaking ass even with diesel ?? 7500 pounds towing hahahaha pathetic ! Thats less than a fullsize truck. And the vehicle weight @ 10thousand something is higher than what it can tow…seems like a real safe and reliable frame design!! Built Ford Tough yeee-haw.
Price
AS FAR as the Ford Transit series goes, I am impressed. While I have not had a real close look at these truck/vans, the fit and finish seem to be very good. Combine that with a Powerstroke diesel or an Eco Boost gas engine, and your are definitely tooling!
I've watched a ton of videos and have decided on the Ford Transit Van for my RV conversion project.
Then I found out, back in June 2017, they issued a recall for the drive shaft decoupling.
So far, I've not yet heard that a permament fix has been released. Can anyone comment on this ?
Good job Americen nice good for your family
Just bring the good old Econoline that is body on frame and garaunted to last over 300.000 miles. I hate these EU based vans
I didn't know Kevin Bacon was selling RV's
105,000….Foolish to pay this much for a vehicle that will depreciate by 30% the minute you drive it off the lot. Try to trade this puppy in 5 years down the road. you'll be lucky to get anywhere near what you paid for it. The RV industry is as crooked as the car industry. Funny how most of the reps that do these videos look as if their Alcoholic Ex Con's
I call BS on MPG, hahha
Capitalist crap. Anything from Winnebago is. Most violent area of the police states.
$105,000??!!
I own a transit, I would not buy it again -ford cut every corner they could in design, made some big mistakes that ford wont fix and ford warranty not worth the paper its written on ,as example air filter box fills with water, My air filter was covered with mold with 100 miles on van ford wont fix bad design , slider door unlock is designed to break – mine did 3 months of use , biggest flaw is adhesive used to glue metal together is defective and cracks loose in weeks -seriously –
$100000….dang!
I purchased one of these just before Christmas. Ford really has it over the MB Sprinter. The Sprinters that I drove felt heavy, braked poorly and just felt overloaded. The Ford drives like a race car compared to the MB in my opinion. The SYNC system is also very superior – it just works.
A walk around the exterior before diving into the RV would be helpful as well.
That goofball from Ford seemed like a dick….
I like how the dude was like We are not going to talk about the future products. LOL. But great vehicles overall. I Would tour the country in one for sure.
Wow I wasn't expecting to see a Paddy wagon in this video.
Only trust Chevy for american vans and trucks.
Pretty cool but $105,000 is way too much
