  • This checklist is perfect! And leveling is sooo much fun.

  • Hi my friend Randi 😊 Great job way to stick with it I like your little hammer for putting in the steaks for your rug and how it comes in the little bag I’ll have to look into one of those I can put it right in with my screen house so I don’t have to go look for my hammer when I get ready to put it up thanks from Türkei
    I SUBSCRIBED 🙂

  • Randi, I saw that when you removed the WD bars your tounge wasn't down lifting pressure off the jeep. Was that due to the angle of the jeep? When we remove ours, we have to drop the tounge jack down and lift the rear end of the tow vehicle.

  • Great video, lots of great reminders! I would only add to always check your connections…that one time I was literally 3 inches from being able to plug in my Electrical, I had to hook everything back up and moved the trailer back, so my advice is to always check the connects. ☺️

  • I love your check list! I carry it with me and have added things to it for me. Nice! that you are heading out on your own. Traveling solo is every descriptive word you can thing of but so worth it. Taz, stays in the jeep too until I have everything out, safety first.

  • The very first thing I do now is check the power box! Learned the hard way. After that’s good, I start with leveling.

  • You might want to try the campco stick on levels, each mark represent approximately 1 inch of blocks you need to add.

  • I love it when you show the realities of doing it solo. It is a lot of in and outs, but with a checklist it gets easier.

  • Me too! I have told other campers about your list for hitching which has really helped me.

  • nice job on leveling the camper. Looks like a beautiful site!

  • I was watching another rving channel and they had a sensor in their trailer and an app on their phone. When they hit level the app would tell them. The sensor just stuck in place. Looked easy to install and use. Your campsite looks so amazingly relaxing! Enjoy!

  • I forgot to chock the camper one time when I was camping without my better half. My little guy almost rolled into the creek as I popped it off the hitch. I forgot to tell my son to chock the wheels. That was about the worst thing I have ever done.

  • Maybe the Anderson leveler would help? you back up then check your level. then place the leveler either in front or back of your tire on the low side. then back onto it. then place the small side in front under the wheel check your level.

  • Great job way to stick with it I like your little hammer for putting in the steaks for your rug and how it comes in the little bag I’ll have to look into one of those I can put it right in with my screen house so I don’t have to go look for my hammer when I get ready to put it up thanks from Wisconsin

  • Thank you so much . Enjoy your solo camping. You are what’s my push to enjoying life …🌹

  • I just love your messages , your teachings of being a newbie
