  • Why are there human organs on the shelf behind you? Asking for a friend. 😂

  • So is Azdel structural, or does it need framing?

  • Well now I'm rethinking our Cougar Half-Ton order after watching this. I'm worried the Luan will de-laminate if we keep the Cougar for many, many years. The good thing is that we live in a semi-arid climate and is very dry in the summer months. Am I worried for nothing?

  • Love the California comment . Absolutely correct , they have all these rules and a better part of their cities are turning to crap. Apparently all this stuff only causes cancer in California lol.

  • Just saw a video released on YouTube on the 2021 jay feather 22rb showing an azdel sticker by the door. Did Jayco move to azdel on this model ?

  • I recently purchased a 2015 Coachmen Apex with Azdel sidewalls. I discovered that sealant was used on the inside of the window frame next to the dinette. Turns out there must’ve been a hole that was leaking because the interior luan layer of the Azdel directly under this window is delaminating. Do you know if this can be repaired?

  • I want to install the AZDEL Onboard on my new roof install. OSB,then AZDEL, them EPDM. I cannot find an ADHESIVE or contact cement that will allow my EPDM rubber to stick/adhere to the white part of the Azdel onboard product.
Is there any contact cement or adhesive that I could use to glue the fiberglass to the EPDM rubber roof? I've been trying to find this information out for quite some time I called asdell I called the guys I got the product from in Detroit and I come up with nothing.

  • Azdel is worth the extra cost. I’ll be buying one soon and you bet I’ll be asking for Azdel and quality overall workmanship.
What is you’re take on the new Aliance RV’s?

  • known to the state of cancer to cause california. lol

  • Great information! I have a Coachmen Adrenaline made with Azdel and want to add a window. What is the thickness of the finished walls? Will a window made for a 1.5" wall work? Thanks!

  • Been looking for the 'complete sandwich' of an Azdel made wall for some time, even on their information site, doesn't seem to be clear (at least to me) as to if the Azdel layer was on just the outside wall or both sides. The illustration in the corner of your vid seems to say that BOTH layers are Azdel, so we'll go with that. (Was hoping that was the case, that they weren't doing an half-way job)

  • Are there any Class C with Azdel? Thor will literally not answer my inquiries in their website, emails or even Twitter.

  • I am going to purchase a used RV within the next six months & want an all weather, 0-100 rated trailer as I will have my home base at a park in Bend, Oregon & will be living in it full time.
I have heard many wall & floor damage stories & insulation problems – does Azdel help with that or will more insulation needed.

  • Also i was wondering if you had any information if a rv has the potential of leaking more from traveling or sitting still at a site. Like when i buy my rv I'm literally taking it from the dealership and parking it at its forever spot. Seems like i see alot of the leak stories from people that are traveling alot in thier RVs not leaving them parked.

  • I was wondering if azdel made it to where RVs won't leak. I've been researching and apparently every Rv you have to caulk at least once a year. Was wondering if azdel means no caulking

  • I am looking for a good dealer to work with on a Fleetwood No Boundries. You mentioned in your video that you discontinued carrying a certain trailer because of its build quality. That wouldn't be the trailer you stopped carrying is it?

  • I have a friend we have camped with that has an Open Range as I have. Open Range has Azdel in the walls. His has delaminated ! Not in one place but in multiple places! Mine has not because it sits in storage 95% of the time, his sits out! So, AZDEL will not keep them from delaminating!

  • Love your videos please keep them up. It's so nice to see an honest dealership.👍👍

  • Greetings and THANK YOU Josh for your honest, fact-based, objective videos. I first watched one of your videos summer 2019 researching 5th wheels for our eventual purchase. I have viewed countless YouTubes on 5th wheels since: few with the well thought out level of detail and information your videos provide. You have substantially increased my ability to make an informed purchase. Just to mention a few of the broad range of your topics, Ive learned more about wall construction, slide types, wall material and shocks than anywhere else, thanks to your productions. The Montana 294RL, Solitude 310 GK and Alliance 310 RL are our current favorites. Any input you may provide on these are welcome. Although we live in California, we are strongly considering Haylett based on valuable information you provide.

  • I have an Apex Nano and I had my rear panel replaced because of some damage. when I inspected it seemed to have a thin layer of plywood and some regular insulation. I guess my question is how is that water proof? Is the insulation water proof? I was under the impression that there was no plywood. not sure exactly what part was Azdel? Just curious other than that we like the Apex, its very easy to tow and great for off road boon docking on the beach.

  • Go with Luan and Line X the crap out of the entire outside of the trailer. Problem solved.

  • The State of California will tell you that Life itself will give you Cancer.

  • This might get deleted, but the parent company of the cool little CampLite comes to mind, they seem to have problems with leaks across the entire line of their RVs, at least from the reviews I've read. Heartland also seems to have issues that just shouldn't exist in a brand new unit. I hope they step up their game, I like some of their RVs, but until they get better feedback I'm not touching one.

Not trying to bash anyone, just something that stuck out from my research.

  • like the information. like the human organ box too.
