How do you find out each states gun laws?
An intruder/being harassed is my only worry when camping or boondocking. How often does this happen?

When my parents RVed, they met a single woman who would put out a Lg dog collar and chain a big water bowl and a huge pair of boots. 😂

Why couldn't you add Blink security cameras all around your outside and rooftop?

Just keep it on the hush hush. I don’t let some state law interfere with my own protection.

I can tell you I will carry my weapons no matter what state I'm in… I don't give a damn what the state law is… I've had a concealed carry for years in Florida…

I have wasp and hornet spray which I used once at home. Works like a charm, never had to clear leather which I could have done.

Years ago (in Orlando) my mother attended a self-defense class. The officer told this class that if you had to actually kill someone at or near your door, make sure that you drag them inside before calling the police. Great tip!

No fruit, veggies, plants, firewood and leave your rights at state line is why we avoid Cali at all cost. So much other beautiful country out there.

Bright led lights are cheap, you could mount pointed over the roof of your RV. Criminals do not want to be seen, by lighting up the area, you have broken their cover and they will typically run. Even better would be motion sensing lighting for the exterior.

Pretty solid theme throughout comments. Sounds like you have considered most scenarios and addressed them with a plan. I would add, never leave the RV unless forced out. If everyone is in the RV, you must commit to the fact that you are gonna fight from a DEFENSIVE position. Remember , you have no idea of how many attackers you are facing. You maintained a tactical advantage knowing that if they attempted entry you had the drop. Property can be replaced, don't worry about it. Continue honing your skills and plans and consider professional training seminars once a year. Lastly, find an expendable 6lb item in the RV and replace it with an AR carbine. Good video, enjoy the road.

We literally just got our trailer less than 30 days ago. Stumbled across your channel and saw this video on safety/security. Thank you for sharing your experience. Honestly, we are in our 60s and I guess we are pretty naive. We hadn't even thought of a safety plan or what we would do in a similar circumstance. Your video has inspired us to have a practiced plan and contingencies. Thank you for sharing and the invite from all the folks who shared their input. Really helpful!!

Go to a truck stop and pick yourself up a set of train horns. mount those on your Truck. I'm sure you have air if not get you some. you can also key fob That train horn. When an intruder is most nervous and that train horn goes off it will rattle his cage.
