Over the 5 weeks we spent back in our hometown we got TOO used to RV hookups! As full time RVers we LOVE boondocking but those past 5 weeks made life too easy. But now we’re in New Orleans and what better way to experience the Big Easy than through three of its traditions? Voodoo shops, seafood Po-Boys, and the mansions in the Garden District.

As Halloween nears we found that visiting a voodoo museum was the perfect way to get into the creepy eerie Halloween mood! And boy was the voodoo museum exactly that! Afterwards we grab a bite at Bourbon House on Bourbon Street to try some Po-boys – a Louisiana traditional sandwich. We wrap the night up by biking from the French Quarter to the Garden District to see the beautiful mansions.

I was in New Orleans in July of 2017 and I will be going back July 26th of this month again. I bet y'all were really ready for some more Boondocking after leaving that noisy and partying place. lol.
