Two questions: How did you avoid all the smoke from the fires? All I see are clear blue skies in your videos and I'm jealous! Also, have you considered staying in an AirBNB for a couple of days a couple times a month to catch up on laundry and Wifi related work? Technically, you could even just leave your rig behind and stay a night in luxury doing laundry. lol

Just found your channel! We live on Olympic Peninsula, so it was fun to see our back yard on film. We just ordered an RV to be picked up this spring. We both will retire end of the year. One thing topic I'm intrested in is suggestions on how to outfit your rv set up. Tools.Kitchen, cleaning. Keeping weight down. We are planning our first trip to take in a bunch of the Natn'l parks. Glacier to Zion. Can't wait!

What a great looking campground! I personally love seeing the sights. We are taking a break from camping while dealing with medical stuff and I really miss sightseeing and hiking. Show us the country from your point of view! Safe travels!

Hi, the WA San Juan group of islands and the BC Gulf Islands (over a dozen major islands) are similar terrain to the mainland except there is no through traffic, so they are sleepy enclaves, populated by eco-minded folks and wealthy owners of second homes. Port Townsend on Olympic Peninsula is among the top 20 small towns in US.

It looks like you guys are up to your old tricks of having fun in the sun.
Our fifth wheel has not been built yet. I never thought about peripheral problems. They often times cant get the appliances and other parts necessary to complete one. It wont hurt us. We will simply wait.
Living the hot life in California. Soon there maybe no forests left to burn. Try to stay away as long as you can

I like the details you have given on all the different campgrounds, the good the bad, all that. And wherever you stay in between. I have not seen too many vids on that info. Might be a good topic for one or two.. You did one where you had to move because of the huge ass generator and the creepy vibe… that is good info to know.

Very nice video, we are now on our way back to Florida after visiting my sister in anacortes. We , traveled the same route you are going to take. We were totally amazed at how beautiful the Western states have been. We even found North Dakota and South Dakota to be much more beautiful than we had been let to believe. I think our favorites on this trip, have been the north rim of the Grand Canyon and the canyon lands of central and southern Utah. Keep doing what you have been doing, I don’t think I have seen a bad or uninteresting video from you two yet. Loved everyone of them.

Hello, I love that area! But I'm unclear about what you said at the start. Why'd you suggest avoiding windy areas? Does that also apply to bad weather? Do you not feel safe, structurally?

I love watching you as we near retirement and want to try out the RV lifestyle. Do you have tips for those of us starting out? Where would you start looking for a newer model used RV? We want to buy a class C used and then upgrade later once we're sure what we want long term.

Hey… If you're on the way to South Dakota, then you will likely be passing through Bozeman Montana. If you need a place to stay we are four miles north of the interstate (in the country). Also, we can recommend several places to explore.

We traveled that route last year in Aug after visiting relatives in Newberg OR… From there to Spokane WA and headed east via I-90. Some of the most beautiful countryside I ever seen was in northern ID and then into MT and it's a white knuckle drive believe me…lol. If you guys are looking for something to do check out Nevada & Virginia city MT ghost town…you can stay at a great campground called Ennis RV village in Ennis MT and the ghost towns are only 15 miles away

Love every one of these videos, so ultimately no matter what you talk about we'll be watching. But if I had to pick a favorite, my wife and I really love your eBike videos you've done. (And yes we are subscribed to Amazing Bike Rides) but really enjoyed your knowledge on eBikes too. Was so inspired by your first eBike video that I've since purchased my first fat bike and will receive it the begining of next week. Keep up the great work!

I moved to WA years ago. Walked through the woods and found an abandoned apple orchard with blackberries bushes. Picked berries and made pies and gave them to Marines living on the base there. The biggest, sweetest berries in my life. I grew up picking blackberries in SC. So glad y'all had that experience.

Oh! You’re on Fidalgo Island! We camped on Fidalgo Bay in 2015 (Fidalgo Bay resort campground) when we bought our new A-frame trailer i’m headed out on our first big trip. We loved it!

I haven’t finished watching the video yet. I guess I should before I ask, but have you been out to the San Juan Islands? I assume the ferries are running. They’re wonderful places to take your E-bikes. Every year when we went up to Seattle in the ‘70s for the Wagner Ring Cycle, the boyfriend and I would take our bikes and go bike camping on the San Juans. We peddled around Shaw, Lopez, San Juan:(Friday Harbor is cute, but probably the restaurants aren’t open.). Orcas looked too hilly and daunting, but you’re electrified! Then we went up to Sidney BC and pedaled down to Victoria, which, of course, you can’t do right now, sadly. I’ll shoot you an old picture!
