Top recipe, thanks Maangchi! You are a legend!cant wait to try more of your epic recipes! I am adapting bits here and there but the prep is the best of all I have tried te the salting, I just add some rubbing between hands & only Toss it in a giant bag a few times then leave overnight, it's really good this recipe do I reccomend to anyone looking for one, I use goshugang instead of the dry peppers just as it's easier and accessible where I am. Def wanna try a squid version too!

Hello Maangchi nim, thank you for your great recipe. I’ve been following this easy recipe for a while and it’s soooo convenient but turns out super delicious.
I have a small question that is can I make the sauce mixture (porridge, Chili flakes, carrot, radish, fish sauce…) and then ferment it itself, without mixing it with the cabbage? Because I want to use the kimchi juice/ water(?) itself a lot that it runs out so quickly 😂😂 Thank you very much! 감사합니다!
