  • How does this channel only have 21K subs….Given the top shelf content.

  • I would love to have a list of good food items to buy . I'm am always trying to just figure out what ppl buy.

  • You guys seem like a really cool couple, and the lady is sweet and beautiful !!!

  • It's interesting to hear your take with fitness on the road. Me and the wife have a set of those adjustable dumbbells that go from 5-50lbs and resistance bands galore, doesn't take up much space and you can absolutely murder a workout with a couple of bands and a set of dumbbells. I'm surprised you have to be so diet restrictive with walking 5-15 miles a day, running every other day + some other form of working out in the afternoons. We run 5-8 miles about 4 days a week and do weights 3-4 days a week and eat whatever we want but we don't drink alcohol so maybe that's why we don't need to be as restrictive as you guys

  • We too travel in a Tiffin, but only on occasion…every month or so. Most recently to Kerrville, TX, stayed at Lake Buckhorn RV Resort for a week, and very impressed. You guys do the best job I’ve seen of “living the lifestyle”. Much better in the spring, fall and winter, gets hot here in the summer. Keep it up!

  • Hey peeps blackberries will reverse allergies and autoimmune as well

  • "we never go out to eat"
That's got to be the saddest thing I've ever heard…

  • Thanks for the motivation. I shared with friends

  • It's too bad you keep referring to fat with a negative connotation. Fat from an avocado, macadamia nut, grass fed animals, goat/sheep cheese are all good for you. When you eat sufficient fat your body won't store it, because it doesn't have to, but it gives me great energy. Insulin is the fat storing hormone and sugar is the carb it stores, fat is not stored by insulin. You are correct, fitness is at least 80% diet. Too bad I learned these things after eating the standard carb-grain based standard American diet for 60 years. Now, no more high blood pressure or high triglycerides. Walking is the best exercise, love to forage mushrooms in forests, whenever I come to a fallen tree I'll do a one legged stepping up on it instead of going around it. I also like to use dumbells and pushups off benches too. Thanks for this video. PS I have an Airstream Interstate 18-19 MPG. Can you keep the dust down!! Kidding..

  • What are some good diet recipes you have and make

  • Does your RV have an exterior grill or do you travel with a specific make/model? Good video & sound advice.

  • What is your age range, and do you find people in RV parks, in your travels that you have similar attitudes to health, with that are interested in getting out and about , hiking etc. and not just sitting around , only 🙂

  • It really does take discipline to stay fit as you get older. I'm a walker for sure, past injuries don't allow me to run.

  • Your results certainly speak for themselves. You two are inspiring.

  • Soon to be new to RVing, came across your channel and have now officially watched every video you have posted in the last two days and I only have one question… What type of online work do you do to afford all of this? We would love to be in your position someday and get to enjoy the freedom of the open road like you guys so happily are!

  • 80% of fitness is diet. So true. If you eat right, you feel like being more active. Loved this video!

  • Gosh, your such a beautiful women! Both you guys are in great shape. Good job.

  • Jumping jacks are good too…. Just sayin lol
