• Yes the van doors were open. The wind and rain came from the other side and the inside of the van did NOT get wet.

• What about you van doors?? I would have gotten the van locked up then drop the tent, there should have been some type of warning

• Not that we're happy in the least that you went thru this storm — and I live in the Florida peninsula so I know how scary it can get — but it was so relaxing for my husband to watch this that it put him to sleep!!

• Hopefully nothing broke. The winds can be crazy. Last time I went camping was this summer in southern Oregon. Had this huge awning up. Must have been 20×40. But some wind came threw picking it up. Everyone ran to a side and held on. I swear I lifted off the ground an inch or so. Crazy windy.
