Living and working in an RV full-time Day 18: Footprints & EFT π
First, Save this post for the Alfredo recipe π©βπ³ one of our camper cooking faves! β¨
Second: I swear weβve been out in nature before π for context, we had some scary encounters with Gators our 1st year of #rvlife and clearly have not recovered π
EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique
The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.Itβs backed by science and is an awesome way to work through subconscious blocks, or challenging feelings. You can find info about EFT anywhere but I love learning from the Queen of EFT herself πΈ @haleyhoffmansmith
I removed a block so big (that Iβd had for YEARS) I legit sat down the next morning and mapped out an entire course π³
Highly recommend checking it out! π
GF/DF/Vegan optional Alfredo recipe π©βπ³ WARNING: I donβt use legit measurements with this recipe- sorry in advance π¬
1. Swoosh of olive oil and minced garlic in the pan. SautΓ© for 2-3 mins low heat
2. Add chopped broccoli into the pan (I use the Costco frozen kind and just steam or microwave before adding to the pan) Start boiling GF fettuccini noodles at this time.
3. After mixing, sautΓ© broccoli mix for 4 mins add in 1 can of coconut milk.
4. Add salt and keep stirring. Then grate dairy-free parm cheese (we use violin) into the mixture.
5. If adding chicken, stir in precooked chicken now.
6. Keep stirring until the chicken is warm. Once that happens add in a thickening agent. I use potato starch and make a slurry (where you just add a little bit of water and stir it)
7. Add in strained noodles, more salt, and stir. We canβt use pepper, but you can!
8. Taste, add in more of what it needs to taste, and add cheese on the top for a gooey aesthetic
9. Enjoy! π©βπ³
