Last time we visited Moab, Utah we failed to explore the off road trails in Canyonlands National Park and the surrounding BLM land. But we’re back in the red rust sand and we won’t make the same mistake twice!
After much searching we called Twisted Jeeps to rent a Jeep Wrangler because they’ve upgraded the tires, suspension, exhaust, and tuning on their Jeep rentals. The guys at Twisted Jeeps were incredibly helpful and supplied a book of all the off roading trails near Moab and pointed us to the best ones off road newbies like us.
The Shafer Switchbacks to Potash Road in Canyonlands and the Long Canyon Road were two incredible off road trails we couldn’t pass up. After this, we can now say that if you come to Moab and don’t explore the off road trails then you’re missing out! Check out the video below for the full experience!
