We made some mistakes with our first RV, and in talking to others they too make mistake. What mistakes did you make? Comment below and share with others.
#1 One of our learnings is that an RV doesnt require constant necessary work. We purchased an RV and spent a couple months fixing everything we could identify. After 5 months of the road, few issues have come-up that required fixing. Small stuff always comes up but so long as you fix the big issues prior to setting out and take a couple shake-down trips, you can avoid a lot of headache after setting out on the road.
#2 USe the free electricity that you pay for in the nightly rates and utilize space heaters, instead of the propane heater on the RV. Saves you on the use of propane and all the water vapor it puts out inside the RV.
