Hi Randi! How are things going with camping this summer? We’re getting out as often as possible- mostly weekday trips since the campgrounds are solidly booked on the weekends – everyone is camping this summer!!! Thank you for the All Stays App tip. We have to eventually plan a long trip from NYS to Texas. Two of our children and their families live In Texas. We have 5 grandchildren there. Luckily our oldest and her family life just down the road. I can’t wait for all the restrictions to end! I noticed you have a Jackery solar generator and panels. It looks like you have the 1000. I have the 500w in my shopping cart right now, do you think that would be enough since we have have the T@G xl teardrop? We would love to run a few things that need power when we’re boondocking. Thanks for your great videos! ~ Maria. — (We really need a camper emoji LoL)

We have a Lance 1575 The holding tanks are all 26 gallons. For my wife and I we get a three days on the fresh water tank. The black tank will last several days since we try to use the campground bathrooms. The problem is the gray tank, about three or four days of showers with two people it's full. I have 25 gallons of fresh water containers that we can refill the fresh water tank. The issue is trying to dump the gray tank. Once or twice I was forced to drain it since water was coming up in the shower. It depends where you are if you can drain it or not. Our gray water is only soapy water from showering. do I don't feel bad draining it.We wash dishes in a container outside. My next camper must have at least 40 gallon tanks.

We've done a couple of multi week vacations. However that was on a motorcycle from WV to California and back staying in hotels. We are ready for another road trip. Thanks for sharing all the great waterfalls.

Longest camping trip was 7 weeks, 33 campgrounds, about 5000 miles. Made only 1 reservation, for a campground in Nova Scotia on Canada Day weekend.

Yet another awesome video Randi. It’s way cool to see someone showcasing the places around Minnesota and Wisconsin. If you want waterfalls you should check out Grand Portage State park up in the very north east corner of the arrowhead. It’s where Minnesota and Canada meet at Lake Superior.

Looks like a fun trip! In addition to the calendar, I also have a notebook with the phone numbers and addresses of the campsites that we are booked in.
Thanks for all of the tips and tricks. Hopefully, we will have more opportunities to go on longer trips.
