After watching 3 hours of YouTube videos I finally found you. I know this video you created is eight years old but I have a 1993 coach that has an LP detector like the one you pointed to in the video. I want to put an extender stay on my propane but I have that detector that I see and no other video. Is it possible to change it to something else or to take it off? I don’t use my internal heater to keep my coach warm. I mostly need it for my refrigerator and my gas stove. Should I replace it because it gets extremely hot and I can’t even keep my finger on it? I hope you’re still around because I really value your videos.
I love these videos. Can we get 2022 updates on these videos?
Last night my wife and I went to Cripple Creek, Colorado for the night in our recently purchased 1999 Rexhall Aerbus. We discovered the furnace came on but no heat. Checked the stove burners, no flame. I didn't think we were low on propane..that was the only thing I could think of. Today I discovered our propane tank was 2/3 full. I then thought it was the pressure regulator BUT before tearing into it I decided to check you tube for possible answers. This video as a savior!!! This is an older coach with a hard wired LP detector as shown in the video. When the coach battery is disconnected and turned back the LP detector must be reset. If not…..no propane to appliances! This video saved me considerable time, frustration and likely many, many dollars……THANK YOU.
This is a golden video
Funerals average $6000+.
🤣, great video guy's as a newbie RVer i truly appreciate this video
Help. I have an older camper 1995. One tank is empty so I turned switch over and not sure if I turn valve open or close. I turned furnace off because I smelled gas. It doesn't have an automatic switch over if that makes sense
What an excellent video…First I had to stop laughing…I normally would have blamed the dog or cat and like they say, women don't fart, but their around a lot of dogs that do…I'm learning the RV works, semi retired HVAC//Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooter and appliances to boot….I want to be able to work on RV's too, as a traveling mechanic…Me and my dog….I expect it to be a great way to finish out our lives…God Bless American.
Can i request more videos, friend?

So I just have a question I hope you can help me with. We just got a 1985 chevy Winnebago and the propane looks like what you show here the larger ones…if it has a date for 1985 do I need to replace the tank, or could it still be used?

What does the comment mean about the kind of tank or the electronic shutoff, when it is said 'we don't see these much any more… these are still out there'?

Hey brother got a question for you. I just bought this 1992 Coachman Leprechaun the other day. Now the LP gas is turned off. I have checked more than once. My LP detector goes off all the time I reset it like 10 times and finally I just disconnected some wires to the rascal. Not sure why it kept going off when no LP fuel was on?
I have two large propane tanks for my travel trailer. The gas guy replaced the valve (head) on one of the tanks, but not the other. My refrigerator works with the old style propane tank turned on, but with the new one turned on, the propane will not ignite on the fridge. I think the new head puts out either too little or too much pressure. Is this possible?
