  • Check those RVs out good. I've been tweeking a camper. Many things not made or put together well. I have a question for any of the RV people here. Is there any safety latch or something made to keep people from entering the escape window. They all seem the same. My RV is the same as my trailer. Just seems so easy. I know it's supposed to be to escape.

  • RV rentals??? The Robin Williams movie RV and the un-dumped black tank. Make sure the rental is prepped

  • I do not like the van campers-class C and B+. I am 6'4" tall and the vans are made for shorter people

  • What do you suggest buying first, tow vehicle or trailer? If you know you have time to pick up the trailer, you can shop for the vehicle.
How do I decide what I need vs. want for long term use?

  • We started out tenting, then a pop up camper, then a travel trailer. Now on our third class C. We only had problems with our Whirlpool fridge. Otherwise our 2021 Thor 31W has been great. Biggest headache has been finding a Ford dealer to do the recalls. Ford stepped in and got a dealer to do it but it took a long time. If I could go back I think I may have gotten a fifth wheel all those years ago. They give you a lot of room and I think 35 ft would be big enough. Love you guys videos.

  • Get a CdL and become a trucker first and you will totally understand RV living. But I travel the country for free and get paid on my companies dime.

  • hmmm… it seems like if both a trailer and 5th wheel are both the same length then the 5th would have a lot less usable space up front. yes its a huge generalization. id love the 5th wheels storage and generally higher quality. the lines between the 2 really get blurred now days

  • There are no user RVs that don't need a complete rebuild. All of the decent ones have someone's relative living in them.

  • You two make great videos. They are very thorough and informative. Do you think you can make a video on what it takes to keep your rig water tight? Do you have to reseal it every so often or other steps to take to keep yourselves dry. One of the biggest worries I have about making such a bug purchase, is for my investment to literally get washed out.

  • We decided on the Wonder Leisure Travel Van class C,, only 2 of us so the RTB, lots of storage , camping in state parks and various federal lands boondocking ,plus my wife can drive it

  • Great information! Loved seeing the scene where Sage had her dollies lined up down the hallway of the RV. It reminded me of when my daughter, who also has autism, was a little girl lining up all her dragons. 🙂 My daughter is now 20 years old and a junior in college. This is one of my favorite RV channels.

  • Great content, this is our dream, praying and hoping that someday we will be able to live this dream. Stay safe and God bless

  • Well one thing I can add is that if you want to pull a trailer such as a boat or commuter vehicle then you need a motor home, a slide in or (in jurisdictions where multiple trailers are permitted) the first trailer must be a 5th wheel.
Another is that the number of seatbelts doesn't always match the number of sleeping spaces in a motor home and child seats can be an issue as well.

  • thank you for really good content 🙂 one wish maybe, could you buy a good microphone cause its hard to hear you!

  • Good explanation. We had a fifth wheel long time ago. Then we had a big class a. We just sold it bought a new class c. We wanted to be able to access more campgrounds. So far the class c is my favorite. I like the normal van front end with the normal seating position, windshield and doors that open. It pulls my Jeep just fine.
