Martha went to do the second and final PDI on our new Alliance Valor 42V13 at General RV in Ocala, FL. Chris got to the RV dealership just in the nick of time, as he was returning from a work trip and his airplane was delayed. Martha had the help from two of the VP’s from Alliance RV checking in with her throughout the day to see if they could help in any way, answer questions as Martha did 90% of the PDI by herself. She was grateful for Alliance RV and the help from the A-Team!! The PDI went great and we are very happy with our new home.

Awesome walk thru. We also have a 42V13. We purchased it thru General RV as well. It was there the same time yours was. We love it. We had slide issues as well and continue to have issues. We have been in contact with Bill Martin at Alliance and they are working on a fix. How has your slide been working?

I forgot to mention the A Team, they are amazing.
We have The VALOR 36 V 11 and when we picked it up it was the same story. The PDI was utterly appalling. The guy doing the orientation was clueless and we were telling him things because he didn’t know how certain items worked, ie the Happy Jack.
To be honest Dealers are in the most part are CRAP.
Also the build quality on our $100, 000 rig is absolutely terrible. At the time of writing we have over 20 issues all related to build quality.
All that said we totally love our new rig and we will work through the issue one by one.
Let us know how you deal with any issues you encounter and how your dealer deals with them.
Lastly
Check all your windows for being incorrectly installed. Leaks on your tanks.
Beautiful rig. Wow, we had no idea how much of a process it is to pick up your RV. It's awesome that they made sure your 5th wheel hitch was set up properly and everything. That's wonderful. We're glad you're finally going to be able to hit the road.
