RV Newbies – Cargo 101 – What to Think About – Things to Consider
We learn so much in our first year of full-time RV Living. Trailer weight and cargo weight is something we should have spent more time on. The trailer weights and cargo weights of the Carbon 347 and the Solitude 390RK are compared. Some things to think about when planning for RV Living! Subscribe to see how our adventure goes! ✌🏻❤️😁

Who we are:
We are a family of five on a journey to live smaller, to pursue more life experiences. We came to the realization one day that we weren’t feeling fulfilled doing the everyday norm. So, we are on a new journey in hopes to experience new things and live life to its fullest. We hope our vlogs will serve as a purpose for actionable advice for those looking to pursue an alternative lifestyle. Whether it be living in an RV or just living smaller. We can’t wait to see what is in store for us! We want to inspire others that you don’t need a lot to be happy.

Living in a travel trailer, traveling the US, we plan to document our daily adventures as an open book. We hope you find value in our vlogs and subscribe to follow along in our journey.

With Love,
Blake and Michelle

  • I think you have a problem with your information. This video is very misleading. In researching the 390-RK it the company website says the Cargo Capacity is just over 3,400 lbs. A huge difference from your stated 1,750 lbs. You might have your friends check with their dealership.

  • Great video. After my first cross country trip last year I learned I didn’t need all that “stuff”. I never weighed it.
How do you weigh your rig? Do you disconnect it from your tow vehicle at a weigh station to get just the trailer weight?

  • Interesting video. Wow so many things to consider especially for someone new to this life style. Would you get the toy hauler again or something else? A definite learning process. I still envy your life style choice. Take Care. BTW your pets are living the dream. Bob
