  • Well, that was pretty worthless. You said and did nothing to sanitize the system and there's a ton of other things to do.

  • I assume when draining the antifreeze, it is going to the gray water tank. Then what?

  • It’s like you lost interest after tightening the water heater

  • Great video thanks for sharing where does the antifreeze and water being dewinterized go ? Hopefully not out on the ground ? Does it go into a water tank in the rv to be drained at a station ?

  • There is a switch on/off on the water heater. Do we need to turn that on when you use the water heater for de-winterizing?

  • Shouldn't you also turn on the cold water taps to clean out the antifreeze from the cold water lines? They are separate lines with antifreeze in them too, right?

  • What about opening the bypass valve?

  • I really appreciate this video. Very easy to understand and straightforward.I recently purchased an RV and right now it is winterized and I'm ready to turn the water on thanks to you.

  • What if your water don’t come out when you turn on the pump

  • dont you have to switch a couple of valves at the pump?

  • Nice and easy. Good work, Johnson's, and thanks to Jeff for your basic, easy-to-understand explanation.

  • So im new to this and never had a rv. I just wanted to know, if i only attend a full hookup campsite and the fresh water tank of the rv that i just purchased has never been used, does it mean i can just hook up the city water connection and not put water in the fresh water tank to de-winterize it? I will probably never use the fresh water tank.

  • Recommend removing the aerators off of the faucets. If one asks how come the sink faucet not delivering water, while all else work fine after winterizing, the most likely cause is a clogged aerator.

  • I have to de-winterize our new TT that has been parked in our driveway since it was bought last October. It was done with RV antifreeze and this will be my first time. I still can't wrap my head around the bypass, and when to install the anode rod in the process.
