  • I dislike the idea of using a toxic chemical like silicone on my tableware to keep them from rattling. I have no doubt silicone particles get absorbed into the body. Not for me! Dislike!

  • That’s a clever idea with the silicone and tie holder. It’s neat to see the fox coffee mugs- you still have them on Curiosity in New Zealand.

  • You can smooth silicone by putting some washing up liquid on your finger. It stops it from sticking to your finger

  • You so much for this video! And for letting me know that melamine is made from formaldehyde!!Double yikes! Besides glasse is just better for the planet. I'm really working on reducing plastic use.

  • Formeldahy yuck…proceeds to put chemicals that will make direct contact with eating surface….

  • With the silicone thing, make sure the silicone you're using is body safe. The silicone you get at home depot like that is not body safe.

  • does it melt in the microwave? Does it peel off when hand washing the dishes, is it dishwasher safe? My silicone tube says extremely poisonous if ingested, but its not like were actually eating it. It should be fine on the bottom, but will it realease anything onto the next plate surface when touching? Maybe just a quick rinse off?

  • "melamine is made with formaldehyde. YIKES!"

Are you yikesing because you're a moron?

  • I stared at the pine cone the entire time. I’m sure Jason put it there. I’m sure!

  • Being made with formaldehyde and having formaldehyde in it are different things. You made it to your destination with gas in the vehicle, that doesn't mean your destination is full of gasolean.

  • What a great idea! I am going to silicone my dishes. Thank you

  • i love the idea but i have a question, one have u microwaved them and two if you did did the silicon get soft or did the microwave smell weird like burning glue or plastic even slightly

  • love your sweater… who makes it??

  • do you have any updates about your ideas? are they still working? any changes/improvements?

  • You can hold your RV together with just silicone…. As you know it works on almost anything.. I'll make a note of it for the future…

  • I love watching your videos! our little family is moving into our 5th wheel and you guys have been a huge help! we have breakable dishes and will definitely be doing this idea!

  • what a great idea about the silicone – thanks Nikki oh yeah silicone is inert when it's dry yippee 🙂

  • awesome idea, thank you!

  • I am a newbie..currently restoring an Airstream from the 70's an havent hit the road yet…but cant I just put a coffee filter from the dollar tree between each plate?? I can get 200 for a buck?

  • Wonderful idea. I never would have thought of that. Thanks for sharing. I would use the silicone that is 100% silicone, no inhibitors. I had to redo a fish tank and this is what I used. If it is healthy for the fish it is ok for us humans.

  • Silicon on the dishes – brilliant! BTW – here's a tip from me – when you use your finger to smooth the silicon – put a piece of plastic bag around your finger.

    Thanks for posting 🙂

  • Just reading your editing gear list – Magic Bullet… Awesome tools!! I was wondering how you got such awesome color grading, and now I know 🙂

  • Golan, my wife and I have both, a vessel that we stay on for long trips and a travel trailer we do the same. Although both groups have similarities, there are many differences. We like nice dishes and glasses in our trailer so we used the Wynn's ideas a lot! When traveling in our vessel we choose none breakable dishware because you never know when another vessel will create a huge wake and or the weather is bad so you are rocking and rolling. I find great ideas from other RVers and boaters alike so keep the ideas coming! 🙂

  • I would love to see something about maintaining your beauty routine while on the road.  I know you are a makeup artist Nikki and would love to know what you use personally.  Thank you 🙂

  • Sometimes the simplest of ideas or the most ingenious. Who would have thought to use silicone? Thank you.

  • some silicone is made with Formaldehyde, as a mold resistant chemical

  • Ever consider enamelware? Silcone isnt necessarily non-toxic.

  • Nikki, what camera do you use, love the way most of your videos look, there is the occasional wind noise or misframe but we are only human :). Keep on trucking

  • What great ideas, love this channel.  You young people sure know how to live on the road.
