  • Would love to see a cost brakedown!
With the price of homes and not really having a place in mind as to where my fiancee and I wont to live we have started looking at RVing full time. We currently live in a space about the size of a 40ft rv already lol. Sub'd and will be watching more!

  • I'm retired military as well. how does the VA thing work? As for now, i have a primary care provider at a fixed location, so how does that work when constantly moving around?

  • Thank you for sharing the information that you do. Do you wish that you had rented your house instead of selling it? Also do you have plans on ever going back to a stick house when you're done rving?

  • That was funny about your son I bet he was pissed! Lol I was in the Navy and my first ship was a steam frigate and the boilers will be out all the time and we have to take cold showers that is not fun and not easy!!! Lol

  • I just recently found you and I've been watching your videos in chronological order. Your videos are fun and informative and it looks like you're having a wonderful time. This particular video on how to RV full time has been the most informative and has answered most of my questions. I also have one question for you. I have a son that's serving active duty in the Navy and he's using our address here in Florida. Right now his driver's license has expired and he's on military extension for that, and also due to COVID-19, he is not able to come here to renew it, but when we sell the house, what does he need to do to be able to keep his Florida residency and not have to pay the higher state income tax rates for the state where he is stationed? I found your information about choosing the state of residency that you wish and paying that $95 fee to be able to have a street address in the state you want to stay registered in to be the most important point and was one of my top questions for people who full-time RV. Keep up the great work! Go Navy!

  • Dave Ramsey advice is only for people that suck with money. Debt is the best way to become wealthy… speaking from experience

  • I am looking for an rv to do fulltime and everything I own can fit in my model Y. So most of my rv storage will remain empty. Going me more room for lithium batteries and full solar roof

  • I would love a sit down with a full time family- I’ve been following and watching you and others for years now. I’m so ready, but we have a few years. It’s so hard to wait, plan and prepare, in waiting, there’s doubt. A double of wanting to jump in, but knowing to plan as much as possible.

  • Oh yes. We will be going full time in 8 years and I can't wait to meet you guys when we go out on the road. Will it be, "oh wow, I remember you from the Midway, or will our faces have changed so much that we won't. I plan to get into motorized wheel chair races with you. Lol

  • I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. Can we use our sons address for our domicile address He lives just a few miles away from us in Arizona. I hope that you have other shows for us to watch we’re hoping to be full-time in about six months

  • LOVE Dave Ramsey!! My husband and I just finished paying off our debt and almost done with baby step 3. We are preparing to buy an travel trailer and hit the road! Love your videos, thank you!

  • I've been watching your videos as well as others. I have been thinking of the RV life, not sure yet as to weekending or full time as of yet and thinking of renting a couple of RVs to see how it goes. Even so, you mentioned selling the house but I was thinking if I went lifetime I would rent my home for steady monthly income or sign it up for an airbnb. Do you think that would be possible?

  • We just watched this video, we have sold our home here in Alberta, Canada, looking to trade in travel trailer for motorhome. You always give such great advice! Thinking we are on the right track, now we just have to get over the border (Sept 2021)! We are looking to get a transport company to take our rig over the border & we'll fly in to US to meet up!! Keep up the awesome info, safe travels!! Deb & Wayne

  • I love all your videos, but I have a question I don't think you've addressed, Do you guys have any prescriptions, and if so how do you collect them? My wife has a prescription for a controlled substance, and we can't figure out how we can be away from home for more than 30 days

  • Awesome videos thanks for doing what you do to help everyone else.

My wife and I have decided to go full-time and we are right where are you guys started… We’re starting to purge and sell things meeting with the realtor Friday that is tomorrow Thursday, August 19, 2021 and we are going to upgrade the RV. Love the mention of Dave Ramsey because that is exactly what me and my wife did to get out of debt. We are doing something a little different though I am a truck driver with my own truck and trailer so we are going to homeschool our two kids and hit the road in the motorhome, my wife drives a school bus with a class B CDL so when we move to an area we do plan on staying about a month if we can and I will try to find somewhere to park my truck which will be the most challenging for us and my wife will drive the motorhome with the jeep wrangler we tow. I’m certainly up for the adventure and think we can do anything, thank you so much for your service. My 17-year-old is training right now to go into the Navy SEALs. Really considering about moving our residency to Texas because I should be able to cut my insurance rates in a half compared to Louisiana. We live outside of Baton Rouge now. Thanks so much again and safe travels. Hope we will see you guys on the road somewhere for sure

  • Thanks for the information I copy and past the link to this video and sent to my wife's email. This is something that we are going to have to do some day soon. We are in the stages of selling my mother and father's farm. My mother passed away a couple months ago. After that we will list and sale the house my wife and I own. At this time it will be looking for a RV, motorhome , Class A.
We are wanting a 1 1/5 bath so I'm thinking of 42 to 45 foot motorhome. I would like to just get a 45' motorhome myself. Their are two that I really like that's Tiffin or Entegra . Since Red Bay, Alabama is about 45 miles from my now home that is the way I rather go. I l would love to own a Zephyr, but because of price might have to go to older motorhome think 2008 or 2010 . With the market being like it is today. I might have to get a 2001 because that is all that is going to be left. Seems everything is being bought if used. I can only guess if fuel goes up 1 or 2 dollars more, their will be a lot of them for sale again. You watch I believe fuel price are going to go right through the roof. Besides that inflation alone will push it up soon. I hope I'm wrong, but I would not bet on it. Well I don't want to write a book so, thanks for the video.

  • Thank you! I know you posted this years ago but it was great. We have bounced around the idea of going full time down the road. Right now we are looking at scanners to get ALLLLLL if our pictures scanned. We feel that is a 1st step. We have very little debt but debt free & a solid budget are in the works. This is 2021 and Class C's are hard to find. Hopefully that becomes easier. We are Texans too! North Texas here. I've never nit lived in the county I was born in so I definitely want to explore.

  • We have an almost 4 yr old son, three dogs and are going full time in January!!! I’m sooo excited, but my hubby is a bit more nervous about the whole thing. My son absolutely loves his “MoHome “ so going full time will be a dream come true for him. We currently have Tiffin gas but will be upgrading to a diesel next year. Wish us luck! I can’t wait for all the adventures!

  • Starting to full time RV this fall. This is very helpful. 👍🏽

  • It took me a year to sell, donate, trash, and figure out what to keep of my belongings. The transition to full time RV life is a process. I wish I would have started preparing way earlier than I did. This is a great step by step explainer for newbies! Very informative ❤

  • This is a great video. Enjoying your video library. We are preparing for our FT Journey. We are both veterans. Our question is do you know if we can get our refill on our medication at any military base or VAMC as we need?

  • As always, thank you so much for the great info Phil & Stacy! We have 2 years and 8 mos (unless my lotto numbers hit first :-)) till retirement and going FT. Keep up the great work and great humor!

  • Have you ever had mice? And how did you get rid of them & what do you use to prevent them from getting in ?

  • I'm just getting started with research for this life. I'm a retired Marine and now I'm retiring from my retired job. We haven't decided on RV (Class A or C) but are leaning toward Class A. Do you have a video that goes into the selection of RV y'all chose. I've really enjoyed your channel thank you!!

  • Do you still see and read comments from old videos? I've begun purging, but just barely. We've lived here for 30 years, same size house as yours was. So Much Stuff, that I still love. and probably because I like the things I'd like to get some money for giving it up. And a lot of the things are still quite nice. Did you do garage sales? Were they worth the time and effort? I don't want my clothing to end up on a boat to Africa and now even Africa may not want our old clothes. And I don't want it in the dump either. I'd love ideas for the actual purging please. And Thank You!

  • I am going back through your early videos. I am planning to go fulltime on my own (very scary) in less than 3 years, sooner if I can swing it. I am a science teacher and am getting to that point that retirement is starting to call my name. My little dog and I will be on the road in the fairly near future. Your videos are wonderful! I have found myself binging videos and then realizing I am and hour past bedtime with a full day of teaching science looming in the morning. Yikes! I am window shopping RVs and hoping that the one I have my heart set on will drop in price (COVID buyers selling off in a few years) to a much better deal…with the plus of someone else working out some of the bugs of a new RV. I live in a relatively small place now but I have expanded to fill every nook so now I am looking at the purge. I have started with my closet. I have several bags of very nice clothing to donate to my local charity. The hard part will be my sewing room. I love to sew and a sewing machine will travel with me but at the moment I have 4 of them and I have to wean myself off of three of them. Thanks for all your great information. Hope to run in to you sometime in the future on the road.

  • Hi! How do you keep your fridge and ac going in the RV when you are away for the day?
