Moving from real-estate to wheel-estate can be tricky #TracysPun. For us, we’re becoming empty nesters (one kid at a time). We quickly realized after Tori went to college that we needed to have a place for our family to reunite and spend the holidays. But we’re not done traveling and we didn’t want to pay for a home while we travel nine months out of the year. That made buying the “KYD Cabin” and renovating it to become a vacation rental the right choice for us at this time. We’re expecting obstacles and we’ll share our speed bumps with you—should you be considering the vacation rental route also.
