Definitely adding those silicone bowls to my Amazon wish list. Love silicone kitchen ware, too! How cool is the collapsible salad spinner?! 😲 Saw it a few weeks ago and couldn't put them on my wish list fast enough. Along with silicone collapsible measuring cups and strainers. I even scoped out a silicone (not collapsible) 4 cup measuring cup.

I'm a total foodie and very kitchen-driven. I would love to see an updated video on this same subject, if you have additional info and/or changes since switching to CC.

Note to self: get a label maker. ❤️😍

    Another great vid!
LOVE the Crocodile Dundee reference with the knife! Haha!
You actually carry Vegemite on board? I have tried it… I'll say no more. 🙂

Your kitchen is huge compared to mine! Our 24' kitchen has 3 tiny cupboards, no pantry, but a decent sized fridge. Most of our food is stored under the dinette.

You have a lot of cabinet space, we don't have that much space, good video tho.

What size Instant Pot do you use in your RV? Also, I am very excited to see you have a bread maker. I bake a LOT at home and was about to give away my bread maker because I don't use it at home but now maybe I will give it another chance in our travel trailer. Of course then I will have to figure out how to take along my flours. How do you store flours for your bread making?

Thank you for sharing your tips. I'm looking at a Class B so I would have to really cut down on priorities of utensils and dishes. I do prefer to cook than eat fast food on the road, and I appreciate you sharing what has worked for you especially the multi use and collapsible items.

I've learned square/rectangle storage containers/dishes & glasses use less space in cupboards. I love square dishes!!! I've also found square canning jars in all sizes. (use glass in the house, not the RV). I'm going to order the tiny space jars with the holder! I'm ALWAYS knocking spice jars over 😡

Lots of great ideas that we will use when we get our RV next year. I am curious, though, where are your sauce pans, large pots, and your trash can?

Great to hear a fellow Aussie has the Vegemite handy! I live in France so have to get future bnb guests to bring some (Keens Mustard and Curry powders and Cherry Ripes) over for me. I'll be stocking up before I hit the road in my RV in the US next March. I imagine you can't buy it over there can you?

Wonderful ideas!! Was a little surprised you're not using more collapsible items (measuring spoons, cups, mixing bowls, etc.) as they save me a LOT of space in my cabinets and drawers.

Love seeing the tips & suggestions. I was wondering about the rubber shelf liner that you use – I had the same thing and found that every time I took something off the shelf, the rubber had stuck to the bottom of the object that I was removing. I've since taken the rubber liner out of MOST of our shelves/cupboards. Just curious as to whether you've had the same issues with yours…

I have that Cuisinart knife set with covers and they are great for use in the RV. Great tips for storing your silicone item in the unused oven, my Motorhome doesn't even have a conventional oven, just a microwave/convection unit. There is a cupboard for storing pots and pans under the stove top.

I have a question. Did you bake much in your sticks and bricks? Did it take you long to get used to the convection microwave? I do a lot of baking – bread, muffins, pies, cookies, biscuits, pizza etc. I’ve thought that I wanted an RV oven and it surprised me that you were not using the oven in your RV. I would think that it would be good when you are boondocking because you can’t use the convection unless you have power from a generator or solar energy. Anyway, I’d like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks.

Great video! 👍. Curious though.. you showed the containers you store dry foods etc in and the bags you place fruit and veggies in in the frig. Do you think you could do a video of the process you go through when you come from the grocery store? I think that would be interesting to see. Safe travels!

Courtney from AStreaminLife showed that she uses silicone muffin cups that come in a stack of 12 or 24…easily found on Amazon. I bought them straight after she showed the. They take up less space than those silicone trays. They’re really inexpensive. I use them a lot in my house 🙂 Ooh another thing I like are the two small lazy susans that I use for all of my herbs & spices. There’s a tiny space between them just big enough to place a couple of new jars when you’re just about out of something. Happy travels 🙂
