Jenni and I were incredibly excited to return to Yosemite after our initial foray into this popular national park. This time though, we demanded stellar adventures! Monstrous Sequoia trees, the iconic Tunnel View, and climaxing with arguably the most spectacular view in all of Yosemite – Glacier Point.

  • Those Sequoias are magnificent. One really can't describe them fully. I've been to Yosemite several times, but it's stunning every time I go. I'm glad you went to Glacier Point. Your description of the pine scent is spot on! It is rejuvenating.

  • My fiance and I live in Mammoth Lakes CA. You guys would really enjoy this area as well! Not far from Senora pass or Tioga pass… lots of blm!! Hot springs, lakes, you name it! We just recently bought an old class A that we now live in as well! Thanks for the awesome vids, super helpful and informative! Thinking about upgrading our solar because of you guys!! Keep up your amazing work!

  • I know it's much easier said than done, but you guys should really try to get some exercise on your work days. Not only will it help you build and maintain endurance on the trails, but it's just not good to be sedentary six days a week

  • You two by far outshine all of the other rv channels.  No comparison, you are the BEST!

  • I have been to the Merced Grove before when there was still snow on the ground. You are right, it isn't located anywhere close the the main attractions in the valley. My son and I walked down the road, saw the magnificent trees and then raced each other in a run back up to the road. I believe I lost…

  • I love this video! My trip to Yosemite is one of my fondest memories and I hope to return one day. I'm with you on the smell of pine. It is my absolute favorite smell in the world. There is an old cabin I love to visit that was hand built out of pine back in the 50's. It sits on my favorite lake in the nearby mountains. It is so soothing to stay there not only because of where it is but because of the way it smells. There is nothing that compares in my book. I have thought about lining one wall in my bedroom from floor to ceiling with pine boards. Awww… that smell is just heavenly to me! Oh, and El Capitan is amazing. I remember sitting by the river below, looking up, seeing glints of sunlight sparkle and realizing it was climbers and there gear. Even with binoculars I could barely see them. Unbelievable! We camped in the park. I'm so glad I got to experience Yosemite!

  • I wouldn’t get near that edge. Believe it or not, a lot of people tend to fall off that point. It’s been a while since I read about it, but I think it said at least one person a year dies from falling.

I wouldn’t doubt it either. Look how many people did it in the short period of time you guys were there. It’s a numbers thing.

    Thanks for the video.

  • Grew up as a child in-between Yosemite and Santa Cruz. I was a lucky child nature wise. Grew up being very passionate about traveling, the ocean, and woods.

  • Just like the Grand Canyon this view never gets old and is breathtaking every time. Thx for sharing!

  • Just found this channel. Visited Yosemite almost every year growing up on family vacations. This video gives me a feeling of being homesick for Yosemite even though I've never actually lived there. I need to go back. Thanks.

  • Oh WoW!! what spectacular views!! even the pics took my breathe away… !! Definitely can't wait to visit this place!!

  • Wow what a pretty video! Hope you guys have fun! You ever stay at a place it plays music!

  • In mid August, on a year when there's a normal or heavy snow fall, two things happen. The moon is the brightest and the water is flowing it's strongest. If you had gone then, and had an over night reservation at a camp ground you could have made the trip to Yosemite Falls at around 10 pm and seen a few dozen Moon-Bows. The bright full moon hitting the dense water flow at night creates moon-bows. It's something to see if your planning another trip to Yosemite. Also, I don't know if Sweetie likes sleeping outside but when you two are in the wild, leaving the dog out to do some barking will let the wildlife that they should stay away. Like bears and cats don't like dogs and won't come help themselves as readily. And I know you have bear spray but maybe something like an air horn would be better, it won't piss the bear off if he resists the spray, but the loud noise will scar the shit outa it and make it run forest run.

  • Great videos of Yosemite. Glad you guys went there. When i lived in Northern California Yosemite was my get away from home spot!đŸ€™

  • I'm curious, why don't you take your dog out more often? Is he not allowed on a lot of the trails?

  • So much fun! But those lights were from spoiled brats or there would not be lights…. Loved your adventure and am working to follow your path… I love Rottweilers and my best dogs have been Rottweilers, except of coarse for the Jack Russels who thought they where Rotts! Have had two and so much fun. Of course had to train them in a military fashion or they would turn to kill everything little brats. But both turned out great and really miss those little short legged, tough Jack Russels. Will have to get another some day…

  • Although your video didn't show it, I hope you were equally awed by the sights of Nevada Fall and Vernal Fall from Glacier Point. And, because of the time of year you were there Illoutte Fall would have been magnificent as well. The Panorama Trail from Glacier Point crosses all 3 falls and brings you back to the valley. 8.2 miles of incredible beauty!

  • Yosemite is such a wonderful place. I used to live 1.5 hours from the North entrance (out of Groveland). I try to go during the week during the month of April. Most visit the park during the worst time – SUMMER. It's crowded, hot, there's no water in the waterfalls, and school is out. Now I live in Sacramento and still get to the park at least once during the spring. Winter is nice too. 🙂 Sunset at Glacier Point is AMAZING! After the 'blue hour' the purples come out. Oh my. If I leave the park during the day, I will park in the valley floor and walk out into the grasses. There I lay down and look up at El Cap and count the climbers. You visited some of the great spots in the park. I've yet to make it to Waterwheel Falls. Hetch Hetchy is also pretty amazing (part of the park). Love your videos.

  • You hit Yosemite at a very good time. Springtime is the best time for seeing the waterfalls at their peak flow. Plus, you beat the ridiculous summer crowds. You were also fortunate that they opened the road to Glacier Point when they did. They usually try to have that road open by Memorial Day weekend but sometimes heavy winter snows make that impossible. One year I was in Yosemite on the Fourth of July and the road had just opened the week before. In some places the snow was piled on the sides of the road higher than my VW camper van.

  • You two have an infectious enthusiasm that comes through on all your videos. It kind of reminds me of how Huell Houser used to have so much fun on his California Gold shows. Love your vids.

  • Love Yosemite! We went there in 2014.. we went on that trail.. such a beautiful trail to be so easy and short. Love your travels and Sweetie is precious!! What are your summer travel plans?

  • You have nerves of steel! To stand at the edge of that rock. I would need 30 pills to calm me before even trying it 😊 I think I saw a lady giving out samples of apple pie to visitors behind you… wonder who that was đŸ€”

  • I used to love laying on my back looking straight up through the tops of the giant redwoods. It's such a meditative experience. Absolutely love your pup …. she's definitely a Sweetie 🙂

  • Great share! My wife and I are recent subscribers, and we are thoroughly enjoying your videos. We spent some time pouring through a number of your previous/older videos including your first trip into VT, NH, and the upper northeast. One thing that would be VERY HELPFUL for those of us looking to visit places that you have captured in your videos is for you to provide the GPS COORDINATES of each location where you parked the RV. We are particularly interested in the VT and NH RV sites that you used and showed in the videos. No doubt, we'll be equally interested in the GPS coordinates of all future RV sites. We're very much looking forward to future videos. Safe travels!

  • Isn't she beautiful. I'm so happy that your visit was able to include Glacier Point and the grove of Sequoias.  To see the biggest, you'll have to go back. Top of my Favorite Parks list and living in Yosemite for a few months would be right up at the top of my bucket list. Maybe within the next couple years. Next time you'll have to come in from the east and the awe inspiring Tioga Pass. Tuolumne Meadows is to die for in the summer. I know how to say that too. LOL ( two-wall-a-me)

  • "We're gonna end the video on a high note… literally…" = my first thought was weed….. hhaha
