Atomos announces 2020 Black Friday deals!

Atomos is excited to be announcing two Black Friday deals for 2020. The flagship Ninja V 5” HDR monitor-recorder will be at the amazing price of $499. The Shogun 7, the 7″ HDR Pro/Cinema Monitor-Recorder-Switcher will be at the great price of $899. These Black Friday deals will be available from selected Atomos Authorised dealers around the world, from Friday 27^th November until Monday 30^th November 2020 and are subject to limited promotional stocks. 

The Ninja V 

The Ninja V’s super bright 5” HDR display gives users increased dynamic range on-screen. Add to this the flexibility to record up to 4Kp60 over HDMI 2.0 or SDI* in a range of codecs including Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW and Avid DNxHR. The Ninja V & Shogun 7 + ProRes RAW: 

ProRes RAW continues to grow, with over 20 cameras supporting the Atomos and ProRes RAW combination, cementing its position as the industry standard for RAW video capture. ProRes RAW combines the visual and workflow benefits of RAW video with the incredible real-time performance of ProRes. Both the Ninja V and Shogun 7 support ProRes RAW when combined with selected cameras.

The format gives filmmakers enormous latitude when adjusting the look of their images and extending brightness and shadow detail, making it ideal for HDR workflows. Both ProRes RAW, and the higher bandwidth, less compressed ProRes RAW HQ are supported. Manageable file sizes speed up and simplify file transfer, media management, and archiving. ProRes RAW is fully supported in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premiere Pro along with a collection of other apps including ASSIMILATE SCRATCH, Colorfront, FilmLight Baselight and Grass Valley Edius.
