Todayâs Photo Of The Day is âGasadalurâ by Bill Sisson. Location: Faroe Islands.
âThis scene is well known among photography locations in the Faroe Islands,â explains Sisson. âOn this day, a stiff wind was blowing in from the Atlantic Ocean, with gusts bending the waterfall and spray to the right. I wanted to use a long exposure to smooth the ocean waves but also had to keep it short enough that frequent gusts didnât warp the waterfall.â
