Today’s Photo Of The Day is “Reflecting on the Storm” by Jeremy Janus. Location: Standley Lake, Westminster, Colorado.

“I had seen this small pond reflecting at Standley Lake for years, but I never shot it due to the difficulty of getting to it,” explains Janus. “On this day, I decided to go down to the lake to shoot when a storm came rolling in. I hurried over to the small pond to shoot before the storm consumed the area. I loved the way the trees of this pond lined up perfectly symmetrically against the intensity of the storm above and reflections of the water and logs in the foreground.”
