President Trump Says You Can Thank Him For Bringing ‘Merry Christmas’ Back
Evangelical leader Rev. Franklin Graham recently made a list of all the things he was grateful to President Donald Trump for over the last four years, including bringing back âMerry Christmas.â
Graham wrote on Facebook, âIâm thankful that the president stood against the secularists who wanted to take Christ out of Christmas and that he brought back the greeting âMerry Christmas!âÂ

Trump Said He Helped Keep âChristmasâ In Christmas
Last year around the holiday season, President Trump told conservative student group Turning Point USA that he helped preserve and further popularize keeping âChristmasâ in the public sphere.
âDo you remember they were trying to take âChristmasâ out of Christmas?,â Trump asked the students. âDo you remember? They didnât want to let you say âMerry Christmas.â

Trump: âThey Are Going To Say Merry Christmas Againâ
Trump said that during his 2016 presidential campaign, âThey are going to say Merry Christmas again.â And now, he said, âThey are.â
The president continued, âThatâs the least of it, too. Because we got a lot of things that theyâre doing that they werenât doing.â

Trump is not the only modern president unafraid to use âMerry Christmasâ and the left-leaning media outlets have deduced that there is no actual war on Christmas, as some conservatives insist.
The WHO now recommends against hugging over the holidays.
Like we said last week, pretty soon you wonât be able to say Merry Christmas.

But there has been debate in recent years about whether saying âMerry Christmasâ is politically correct or not.
