  • Informative and entertaining. I am getting back into photography, as a hobby, old cameras and film mostly, love all types though. Tony, you said you worked in Boston at one point in your life, I was wondering if you remember the retail store "Lechmere"? I was one of there staff photographers that shot there weekly circular. I still have the Toyo 4 X 5 that I used then.
    Best,

  • You are both sucessful because you are intelligent, passionate, articulate and funny at times. You can't have 1.43M subscribers on YOUTUBE and not be good at what you do. Keep going, have fun and continue to work hard. Cheers from Australia!

  • Thank you for creating this video. I was thinking about making a YouTube channel. Always enjoy your content!!

  • A very polished couple that's for sure second only to Ken Wheeler!!

  • Have not watched for a while. Congratulations on the milestone.

  • I just want to say you have been an influence on my photography and your edition on Lightroom Classic CC has been so helpful and have removed all of the Frustration out of getting professional results with my touching up family photos. I would have to say that Tony and Chelsea are a refreshing YT experience if you want to expand your knowledge on Photography Thank You C. DiPerri

  • Tony and Chelsea I had this on 'To Watch' for 2 months, and just watched this today and it really made my day. I deeply love and respect your videos. It's a real delight to watch you interact honestly together. I'm a lot older than both of you and love your interaction and professionalism and being frank and down to earth. I don't know of any other couple doing film YouTube. Sometimes I see Chelsea looking serious then she jokes which is a special treat as I like to joke around a lot in life. I first watched your YouTube videos about 6 months ago because I bought my first Digital SLR/Mirrorless October 2019 a Sony A7 Mark 1 even though I started with 2 film SLRs in 1975 & 1981. You two are inspirational to me in more ways that just photography too many ways to list. Thanks for your videos. And even though your videos may have a built in stale date sometimes. When I watch them them are as valuable as if they were filmed today. I am so happy you two are together as I can tell the good chemistry you have together and you are both good with other people, which is super valuable in life. Best to both of you always.

  • wow! thank you both for a very interesting conversation, having you both in my living room was so relaxing…keep up the good work.

  • 120 hours a week. What are you doing with the other 48. Two days rest???

  • The first YouTube phenomenon with photography was the DigitalRev with more than a million subscribers long ago. Now Kai and Lok are independent. Beyond the quality and the importance of videos the algorithms of the Google and YouTube after a number of subscribers automatically promote YouTube channels. Also the last years google shows higher YouTube videos on its search results. Google has revenues from YouTube videos and promotes them more with search results.
After a point many YouTube channels bombard subscribers with new videos without really important reasons. Just to keep the monthly views and revenues at a specific level. It is the well know Youtube burnout. When the hobby of vlogging becomes a serious lucrative competitive job.

  • Love you guys! I have learned so much from you and you make it fun!

  • Nice video ! I have a question.
My goal is, in few years, I want to start doing slide-shows of pictures about my job, and uploade them on YouTube. Itโ€™s not a common topic, but I think my pictures are stunning (thanks to your channel). But the point is, I work in a field, where peoples are very conservatives, and creativity is not well accepted. And I think that as soon as theyโ€™ll discover my channel, Iโ€™ll have a ton of haters !!
So my question is = when we upload a video to YouTube, can we turn off the comments section ?

  • Great video as always. My step son keeps stating he is going to go into YouTube as it is easy. Just shown him your video, his 1st words were I didn't think you had to do that much work ๐Ÿคฃ. Thanks for being honest. Keep safe
