How do you know how well or poor you are doing with a new channel? Like I started my channel 23 days ago but didn't post anything for the first 8-10 days or so. Yes, it took me that long to put up my first video but even longer to even sign up my channel in the first place.. like 2 years lol but thanks to insomnia one night and binging on some of your older videos that I was watching … I just broke down and did it and then forced myself to post just like you said ….
Is there some sort of chart or guide to compare your channel to, in order to let you know how you are doing?
I personally feel that I am doing just ok elsewhere, but finding it very hard to get subs…. I haven't yet announced it to friends and family as I want to have more content before I do and I only have like 26-27 videos loaded. PS Thanks for any help!

Im In it for the long hall realized it’s about posting, Posted a long form video that has taken my #1 for long forms on my main channel. Your niche will arise through consistency! You can’t know what is your lane without trying multiple lanes!
