Gary is aging faster than anybody elses. He was so much younger here. All this madness is taking a toll.
A lot of what he said regarding flipping is very survivor bias – Only viable if have some kinda capital and in a region that has a diverse Socio economic region.
He doesn't seem to get how we're not envying Jordan's and fancy cars we deserve food/shelter that's not with even 1 roommate unless you want to. Every job should be profitable for the employee if it's not then it's pointless.
Let's not forget the ability to storage the stuff between sales or finally having to get rid of it for not moving is a loss we can't all afford.

I want to start my own NFT business but my parents want me to go back to college and all this other old methods to make people supposedly succeed. They say im lazy but i have a plan to action.
