Tom Mandrake and John Ostrander’s version of The Specter are is really what got me in to comics. They’re my most prized comics to me. The art and the writing were beautiful.

Another bit of information listing feats and speculation. The Spectre was able to hold his own against Michael and probably could've won. Since Michael is said to be equal to Lucifer this could mean that The Spectre has enough power to hold his own or possibly even defeat Lucifer. He was stated to be Heaven's champion at one point and this is ignoring The Logoz, which is his direct channel to The Presence which he can use to harness EVEN MORE POWER. Combined with that power and The Logoz who knows how powerful he'll be?
The Presence would destroy Spectre since he is the one above all then Perpetua even Lucifer Morningstar wait I'm naming gods even Spectre is a god
The spectre is like Galactus now, he just dies for the person who killed him to be impressive and seem powerful it is so annoying.
