A common part in RV Propane systems used for years is being recalled for a potential fire hazard affecting nearly a quarter of a million RVs out there today!
Dodge has issued a recall on tires dating back to 2012, Ford and Chevy each issue a recall or two of their own. And plenty more in this month’s RV Recall Report!

Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulator [Roughly 245,000 Potentially Affected Units]
Used for years multiple RV manufacturers have issued a recall related to the use of this part. It is possible the device could fail to operate properly allowing excess LP pressure to push thru the lines which may result in a higher amount of flame than intended to result in the RV (A potential fire hazard)

o Some 2020-2021 Zion, Zion SRT, and Play motorhomes may have a faulty undermount generator regulator potentially damaging the AGM house batteries. The same regulator may also damage replaced lead acid batteries. No recall number provided.

o Some 2021 Montana High Country fifth wheels may have improperly mounted 120VAC wiring which may allow water to short the connector when raining. 866-425-4369. Recall# 21-409
o Some 2017-2021 Cougar 368MBI fifth wheels may lack proper frame support & may be susceptible to buckling. Recall# 21-411
• Forest River:
o Some Sierra & Sandpiper fifth wheels and travel trailers may not have had the bolts floor-to-chassis bolts tightened properly. 574-534-4574 Recall# 03-1347
o Some 2021 Salem & Wildwood Travel Trailers & Fifth Wheels may not have properly reflective red and amber exterior lighting. 574-534-3167. Recall #51-1359
o Palomino:
Some 2021 Columbus fifth wheels may have improperly wired breakaway switches causing them to fail to operate if needed. 574-821-1487. Recall# 410-1350
2021 Columbus Fifth Wheels with Allure Swivel Dining chairs – the legs may detach from the seat. 574-821-1487 Recall# 410-1342
• Ford: 866-436-7332
o Some 2021 F350 and F450 Super Duty Pickups with fifth wheel prep may have a cracked left-hand bracket. Recall# 21S23
o Some 2021 F150’s may have a damaged internal steering gear. Recall# 21S28
o Some 21 F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 dually pickups may have improperly installed front wheel hubs to the rotor assemblies which may result in separation of the wheel from the vehicle. Recall# 21S26

o Some 2020 Mercedes-Sprinter vehicles/chassis may not have properly tightened door hinges. Recall# VS3TURSCHA
o 2019-2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Freightliner Sprinter vehicles equipped with swivel seats may not have been routed properly. May cause the seat to bind & prevent function of the side airbag safety system. Recall VS3DREHSEL

We bought a 2019 Grand Design Imagine in January. Thankfully the RV repair guy we hired to do an operation review found the faulty propane regulator. #thankful

Hey u know about a week ago I had to replace both side regulators they were both leaking I noticed it smelled a lot when I opened the front of my 2004 Dutchmen Voltage fifthwheel I ordered a gas & Propane sniffer the double and single regulator were leaking didn't know there was a recall on some of them I don't see a name on it JUST SAYS MADE IN CHINA.
They need to recall all the China tires.

I have been very disappointed with Keystones response to poor workmanship. I purchased a 2021 Keystone RV and in first trip out found 20 items needing fixed. Contacted Dealer and they were great help. Contacted Keystone and their customer service sucked! The only thing they were interested in was vin number. After I sent that with a list of items wrong that was the last I herd from them. Love the floor plan of the RV but will never buy Keystone again. The manufacture does not seem to stand behind their product.
This Charlie Brown, really wants to send out a big shoot out for the safety of all models truck and RVs, when you could have just made it about what you sell…Thanks Josh for the updated info. 2020 Chassis ford (2021 Thor MH) motorhomes Ford 2020 Chassis rear axle has inadequate oil.

Ours is part of the recall and we did take our Grand Design Imagine to the dealer and notified us that it was on back order.. Hopefully the dealers will get them back in to take care of this LP recall…
