A few months ago we tested prototype versions of the Lectric XP folding ebike. We fell in love and couldn’t wait to get a pair for ourselves. But now that we’ve owned them for a month do we still think they’re worth the $999 price?

Short answer, yes! The Lectric XP is one of the most affordable ebikes on the market with most of the competition costing well over $1000. Its top speed of 28mph allows this bike to keep up with city traffic – and it’s fun!!

Sure, there are a few things we would change about this ebike, but the low price and aspects we love greatly outweigh our small nitpicks.
