Great information on this; we definitely know that it wont work if its not level, and we try to ensure things are cold before going in the fridge. ~ Brad and Diana
RV fridges just aren't as simple as they should be. lol. I've learned that mine is better to clip the thermister with an office clip. If you guys are interested we have a FB group called "Camping Youtube Community Support". We are about 250 channels strong. If you want to come by and share your content feel free!
When I was still in RV sales it amazed me how during the demo how many perp techs didn't properly show how to use the fridge and other major items. Thanks for sharing!
The best tip is to remove it and replace it with a residential or 12 volt unit because these absorption refrigerators suck 😒
