Thrive Live Online Conferences from Photography Farm
On March 23 the UK went into official lockdown, on what was meant to be the first day of Photography Farm’s Thrive conference. Once organiser and Professional Photo columnist Lisa Devlin had got over the initial shock, she realised that she could still bring a version of it online. People have time on their hands right now and many want to use it to better themselves and their businesses. Equally, speakers have presentations sitting on their hard drives and they also have spare time. Lisa saw an opportunity to connect the two.
“We now host Thrive Live every three weeks via Pop Up Facebook groups,” she says. “They have been bringing us together as a community and keeping us connected to our businesses. So far we’ve had talks from Sam Hurd, Gabe McClintock, Zack Arias and many more. “We’ve been working on shooting, marketing, selling, and diversifying, as well as our own well-being. I wanted these days to be as accessible as possible so they are just £25 per ticket. This also includes unlimited replays in case you cannot take part live or so you can re-watch as many times as you like.
