Wondering what your thoughts are on putting out the slide out before putting down the stabilizer jacks! Theory with the jacks being mounted on the frame that it might put the slide out in a bind if you do the jacks then the slide out or am I just over thinking things

Jared, really enjoy your videos. Question about the Levelmate Pro. After you initially leveling in an RV spot, do you have to re-adjust after you put your slides out?

2 minutes in, "let's dive right into our list". Just start with the list at second number 1 next time. That way you are "diving right in."

Can slides be partially opened or will the seal be compromised letting in air and moisture?

As a former military guy, this is an excellent example of a situation where checklists would be a great tool. It would ensure that each step is completed in the right order, and that nothing is missed. Good checklists grow over time with experience. I've been keeping checklists for my business (private investigator) for almost 20 years! It works for me. It will work for you too! Plan your work. Work your plan!

You are never supposed to use X chaulks while hooked up. Doing so can apply stress and strain to the trailer suspension or hitch system. This warning is included in the manufacturer's instructions.

How do you have water inside the rv if you're boondocking? We r considering the lifestyle and obviously, by the question, you can tell that we are very new to this.

Getting back to RVing after years away (finally childless!), this was a good refresher. I like your vids, you get to the point quickly, your clips are well done, you don't assume people already know a lot of what you're talking about, and you speak clearly, nicely done.

Thanks for the info for speedy setup!!! You mentioned a steady fast system for better stabilization. I’m not familiar with those. Do you have a video about them or could you elaborate?

I could not help but look at a portion of this video to see how some others RV. Life is simple for me. I occasionally need to drive up on some blocks to level the RV. Only other procedure is to lower the back step. I don't use hook ups. In fact after a leak, I just capped the city water connection. RVing at the Grand Canyon is great. There is a large free dispersed camping area. I locate a spot, leave a folding chair, tour the Park, and return typically well after dark. Of course, I do give up some conveniences. My RV does not have a laundry. I rarely use the microwave except to store pots and pans. Not having an RV as big as a house sure makes set up and take down easy. Something to think about before you commit.

I enjoy the few vedios I've seen so far. When hooking up the water line, you didn't mention using a filter.

Hope to be joining you out there soon? Just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to you as I refer to your videos often and really find them very helpful! It is becoming kind off a little joke between me and my wife cuz we find ourselves saying let's see what Jared has to say lol. Feel like we know you and really wanted to take the time to thank you for what you do! I know it is probably a lot of time spent but it is truly appreciated!
